form from your bank or you can use this form.

the amount you would like to donate on a weekly/monthly

Give As You Earn (GAYE)
Give As You Earn is a brilliant way to make a regular
donation to THE STUART FEAKINS TRUST, through your company.
All GAYE donations are tax free, so it actually costs
you less to give!!
Contact your payroll office to fill in a form. If your
company isn’t already part of the GAYE scheme,
why don’t you prompt them to join on 01732 520
019? It’s very easy to set up and costs nothing.
Information on Gift Aid
• You can cancel your Gift Aid declaration at
any time by notifying THE STUART FEAKINS TRUST
• If in the future your circumstances change and
you no longer pay tax on your income and capital gains
equal to the tax that THE STUART FEAKINS TRUST reclaims,
you can cancel your declaration.
• You must pay an amount of Income Tax and/or
Capital Gains Tax at least equal to the tax that THE
STUART FEAKINS TRUST reclaims on your donations in the
appropriate tax year (currently 28p in each £1
you give)
• If you pay tax at the higher rate you can claim
further tax relief in your Self Assessment tax return.
• If you are unsure whether your donations qualify
for Gift Aid tax relief, ask refer to help sheet IR65
on www.hmrc.gov.uk
• Please notify THE STUART FEAKINS TRUST if you
change your name or address
